Fully Automatic Crimping Machine
The CrimpCenter 65 is a fully automatic swivel arm crimping machine with 5 processing stations. At a maximum feed rate of 39.4 ft/s (12 m/s), the CrimpCenter 65 allows high-quality crimping, sealing, twisting and tinning of wires from 26 - 10 AWG (0.15 to 6 mm²).
With the optionally available thin & short wire processing kits, the CrimpCenter 65 easily processes wires down to 30 AWG (0.05 mm²) and 1.38" (35 mm) length.
Various configuration possibilities provide for maximum flexibility and allow processing with up to 3 crimping stations. Several other configuration possibilities are possible for specific applications or special solutions.
