Automatic Cut & Strip Machine with Rotary Incision Unit
The PowerStrip 9500 RSL cuts and strips wires up to 0.47" (12 mm) in diameter with pull-off lengths up to 7.87" (200 mm) on the right end (leading end) and 3.94'' (100 mm) on the left end (trailing end).
Due to the presence of the rotary incision unit in combination with the patented Schleuniger indexing cutter head, the PowerStrip 9500 RSL advances to a state of unprecedented versatility and opens a virtually unlimited range of processing possibilities from Teflon insulated to multi-conductor cable, power cords or coaxial cable where the benefit of a rotary incision is required.
Wire sizes from AWG 4 - 32 (0.03 - 25 mm²) can easily be cut, stripped and slit with unmatched Schleuniger stripping quality and high processing speed.
Our Technology & Your Benefits
The unique rotary incision head design combines rotary incision blades with a universal centering system. As a result, blade changes on the incision head are not required, enabling even faster cable processing and short changeover times. Precision-built parts guarantee highest quality and repeatability.
The multiple blade system on the cutter head allows the use of up to 3 pairs of blades which can easily handle most cutting, stripping and slitting requirements.
