Tinning Station
The tinning station first treats stripped wires with flux and then coats the conductor end strands with tin. The compact unit easily handles wire sizes from 0.1 to 2.5 mm² (27 - 14 AWG) and tinning lengths up to 5 mm (0.2''). Optionally wire sizes up to 4 mm² (12 AWG) and tinning lengths up to 10 mm (0.39'') can also be processed.

All parameters are programmed directly in the CrimpCenter machine software EASY.
