Twisting Station
The STW 1000 twisting station is specifically designed for twisting conductor end strands with the fully automatic cut strip terminate machines of the CrimpCenter series. It easily handles wire sizes from 0.1 to 2.5 mm² (27 - 14 AWG) and twists conductor end strands of stripped wires up to 18 mm (0.71'') stripping length.
Depending on wire characteristics twisting wires with cross sections up to 4 mm² and twisting lengths up to 23 mm.

Flexible Deployment and Simple Programming
The compact unit can either be used as a stand-alone station or be mounted in a standard SLP 2000 C or SLP 2000 CP crimping station. A quick-lock system provides for short change-over times between crimping and twisting.
