What Is The Preventive Maintenance Program?
As an added service to our customers, many local sales & service representatives offer preventive maintenance for your machine - either as part of a service contract or as an individual service.
Preventive maintenance helps you achieve your ISO and in-house calibration requirements. Usually 6 months after your last calibration, preventive maintenance, or repair that was performed by our factory-trained service personnel, you will either receive a fax reminder that your next calibration is due, or a service technician will contact you to make an appointment.
