You've heard of "call ahead seating." Schleuniger now offers an innovative service program called "Call Ahead Service."
When you have a machine that needs scheduled preventive maintenance or general cleaning and calibration, it's easy to have our fully trained staff provide uncompromised service. Many companies can't afford to have a machine off the production floor for very long, but with Call Ahead Service, Schleuniger will issue an RMA to reserve your place in line, and when it's time to send us your equipment, we'll call you with instructions for shipping your machine to us. It's FAST and EASY!

Schleuniger prides itself on a turnaround goal of 3 days or less, but there are occasions when our service department may experience a backlog. There are many good reasons to use the Call Ahead Service option:
- no need to wait in a long queue if there is service backlog
- machine spends minimal time off of your production floor
- fast turnaround time = more production and less expense
- it's convenient and free
