New CrimpCenter 64 and CrimpCenter 65

New Models & New Processing Capabilities

The CrimpCenter 64 and CrimpCenter 65 fully automatic crimping machines are Schleuniger's latest addition to the product range of new generation cut strip terminate (CST) machines.

Consequently following a plattform approach, the 2 new models excel with highest machine output rates, precision and industry-standard setting user-friendliness. With 4, respectively 5 processing stations, the CrimpCenter 64 and CrimpCenter 65 offer a wide range of new processing capabilities and new options.

All new options such as split cycle for processing of closed barrel type terminals or mini-seals are designed for use on all CrimpCenter models.

The new models CrimpCenter 64 and CrimpCenter 65 can be used in conjunction with Schleuniger's innovative ToolingShuttle System (TSS) to reduce change-over time of one crimping station to less than 30 seconds.

The same applies to Schleuniger's central production order management software EASY ProductionServer: All models are fully compatible and can easily be integrated in a networked production environment with standard TCP/IP protocol.
