EcoCut 3200 Automatic Cutting Machine
The newest automatic cutter from the Schleuniger product family is the EcoCut 3200, which can be configured according to individual needs and allows the user to measure and cut cables, wires and tubes.
Unique Tube Cutter Principle
The EcoCut 3200 stands for utmost precision with a user-friendly, high quality technical design and is available with a tubing cutter head or a universal cutter head.
The unique tube cutting principle results in perpendicular, burr free cuts, making it perfect for medical tubing. With the special tubing cutter head, tubes of up to 0.5" (12.7 mm) outer diameter can be processed in an outstanding quality. The universal cutter head processes cables, wires as well as tubes up to 0.39" (10 mm) in outer diameter.
The EcoCut 3200 is electronically controlled and features several interfaces for peripheral components. The electrically driven rollers feed the material in increments of 0.004“ (0.1 mm) to the universal cutting unit. The cutting unit is electrically driven and position controlled. Operation is based on menu-guided programming and is therefore extremely easy and user-friendly. The cutter heads can be changed in less than one minute.
High Productivity with Double Cutting System
The newest automatic cutter from Schleuniger offers high flexibility, solid quality and an excellent price/performance ratio. Thanks to its flexibility in feeding, printing and further processing it can be expanded into a fully automatic processing system.
Tubing cutter head with double cutting blade
The quiet roller drive transports material to be cut with continuous, repetitive accuracy to the programmed length. High transport speed and the double cutting mode (blades that cut in both directions) guarantee quick cycle time. The EcoCut 3200 can be used as a stand alone machine or it can be integrated into a processing line.
Automatic Inline Processing
The EcoCut 3200 can easily be integrated with a prefeeder and a hot stamp marker. Interfaces for inkjet printing and post-processing equipment are also available as options.
