Fully Automatic Crimping Machine
The CrimpCenter 66 is a fully automatic swivel arm crimping machine with up to 6 processing stations. At a maximum feed rate of 39.37 ft/s (12 m/s), the CrimpCenter 66 allows high-quality crimping, sealing, twisting & tinning and resistance welding of wires from 26 - 10 AWG (0.15 to 6 mm²).
With the optional thin & short wire processing kit, the CrimpCenter 66 easily processes wires down to 30 AWG (0.05 mm²) and 1.38'' (35 mm) length.
Various configuration possibilities provide for maximum flexibility and allow processing with up to 4 crimping stations. Other configuration possibilities allow for custom applications or special solutions.

Like all CrimpCenter models, the CrimpCenter 66 is equipped with servo motors and features a unique electronic process control system. Smooth acceleration and deceleration of the swivel arms provide for highest positioning accuracy without compromising speed.
