Fully Automatic, 4-Station Crimping Machine
The CrimpCenter 67 HD16 is a fully automatic crimping machine for up to 4 processing stations for high quality processing of crimp and seal applications. Various configuration possibilities allow for a variety of medium to large applications between 10 and 6 AWG (6 - 16 mm²) to be processed.
Heavy Duty
Large cable processing requires a robust system design with reliable and suitable equipment. The CrimpCenter 67 HD16 (HD = Heavy Duty) is equipped with up to two powerful presses. The UniCrimp 500 A crimping press is specially designed for medium to large cable applications up to 6 AWG (16 mm²). A unique "knee-lever" design provides excellent force dynamics of up to 5 tons (49 kN).
Schleuniger also offers the HeavyCrimper series of pneumatic applicators for larger crimp terminals in either side-feed or rear-feed versions. For optimized prefeeding from large and heavy coils, we recommend the Schleuniger PreFeeder 4600 and PreFeeder 4700. These high-end cable feeding system can handle cable spools up to 1,334 lbs (600 kg) or 2,222 lbs (1,000 kg) respectively.
A large variety of configuration options makes the CrimpCenter 67 HD16 one of the most flexible machines in its class. From Seal-to-Seal applications to twisting or double-crimp applications, the flexible platform of the CrimpCenter 67 HD16 can be configured according to your production requirements.
The CrimpCenter 67 HD16 incorporates state-of-the-art technology in precision mechanics, electronics, software and networking.
