Automatic Coiling Machine
The CableCoiler 2000 is a high demand cable coiling system. It enables fully automatic coiling of small, tension-sensitive cables and wires with diameters of 0.079" (2 mm), e.g. Glass Optical Fibers as well as heavy cables up to 0.39" (10 mm) in diameter. Optional guides enable the processing of cables with diameters ranging between ~ 0.028" (0.7 mm) - 0.55" (14 mm).
Thanks to the configuration with two alternating turntables, the operator can unload a finished coil from the first turntable while the machine is coiling the next wire or cable on the second one.
High-Quality Coils & Economical Processing
The cable end can be precisely positioned and clamped. For variable coiling heights and high-quality coils, the level winding feature can be activated on demand. Synchronized, highly dynamic feeding and coiling processes between the cable processing machine and the CableCoiler 2000 ensure minimal tension forces and high-quality coils.
The coiling parameters are provided by the Schleuniger cut & strip machine which enables short changeover times and economical processing even when running small batches.
