RotaryStrip 2400 Rotary Wire Stripper

The RotaryStrip 2400 is a programmable single step rotary wire stripper. Wire sizes from 36 - 10 AWG (0.013 - 6 mm²) can be processed without requiring blade changes or any other mechanical adjustments. The RotaryStrip 2400 can strip wires with various insulation types including Kapton, Fiberglass and Teflon. The RotaryStrip 2400 can also strip and twist the inner strands of wires 14 AWG (2.5 mm²) and smaller. Stripping of Jacketed cables up to 0.275” (7 mm) O.D. is also possible.

The PreFeeder 4200 is a free-standing capstan drive prefeeder designed to pull wire and cable up to 1.0” (25 mm) in diameter from reels weighing up to 400 lbs (182 kg). A new dimension in benchtop wire stripping

The UniStrip 2300 programmable stripping machine with touchscreen offers the best price / performance ratio in its class. In a price range where machines usually require manual operator adjustments, the UniStrip 2300 is fully programmable and doesn’t require any mechanical adjustments when processing different wire sizes. It can strip wires ranging in size from 32 – 10 AWG (0.03 – 6 mm²) and jacketed cables up to 0.22" (5.5 mm) in diameter.

JacketStrip 8310: Processing of out of round cables

The JacketStrip 8310 is designed to radially and axially slit the outer jacket of insulated cables from 0.1 to 1.0" (2.5 to 25 mm) in diameter and stripping lengths up to 19.7" (500 mm). Due to the unique floating blade system, round or out of round cable jackets can be processed without damaging the underlying cable layers. Simple operation, short cycle times and a universal blade design guarantee a good return on investment.

SLD 4100: New Double Gripper Module for CrimpCenter

The new SLD 4100 couples two wire ends with crimp, seal or twist/tin applications to be connected into one terminal. Doubling crimps can be processed horizontally or vertically. The two combined wires (0.039" - 0.157" / 1 - 4 mm O.D.) can have different lengths.
Compared to the predecessor model, the SLD 4100 requires less space and is completely pneumatic. Therefore, integration and retrofitting on CrimpCenter models is much easier.

Schleuniger now offers three different models for processing turned loose piece terminals (closed barrel): StripCrimp LPC stripping and crimping machine, UniCrimp LPC B benchtop crimping machine and the UniCrimp LPC A crimping station for fully automatic crimping machines.
The innovative drum/track system sorts and positions the loose piece terminals for high-precision crimping according to MIL standard.

PAWO, Inc. merges with Schleuniger, Inc.

As announced in July, PAWO Systems AG in Unterägeri, Switzerland was acquired by the Schleuniger Group. As a result, the PAWO, Inc. office in El Paso, Texas has merged with the Schleuniger branch office in El Paso. The new expanded office has 12 employees to support Mexico and Central American customers.
