Automatic Cut & Strip Machine with Rotary Incision Unit
The PowerStrip 9500 RS cuts and strips wires and cables up to 0.47" (12 mm) in diameter with pull-off lengths up to 1.57" (40 mm). Specifically designed for precision stripping of coaxial cables, the PowerStrip 9500 RS also processes various other wires and cables - all with highest production quality and an unmatched throughput rate.
Due to the presence of the rotary incision unit in combination with the patented Schleuniger indexing cutter head, the PowerStrip 9500 RS advances to a state of unprecedented versatility and processes virtually all coaxial cable types and many other cables from AWG 4 - 32 (0.03 - 25 mm²).

The unique rotary incision head design combines rotary incision blades with a universal centering system. As a result, blade changes on the incision head are not required, enabling even faster cable processing and short changeover times. Precision-built parts guarantee highest wire stripping quality and repeatability.
The multiple blade system on the cutter head allows the use of up to 3 pairs of blades which can easily handle most cutting, stripping and slitting requirements.
