Large cable dimension processing requires a rugged system design with reliable and suitable equipment. Therefore, the "HD" in CrimpCenter 64 HD stands for "heavy duty." The machine is equipped with up to two powerful presses and is ideally suited for medium to large cable applications (10 - 4 AWG)

With the CrimpCenter 62, Schleuniger introduces a new entry model to our family of fully automatic crimping machines. The CrimpCenter 62, with 2 processing stations, is the ideal solution for Crimp to Crimp applications and offers an excellent price / performance ratio. The CrimpCenter 62 is also fully compatible with Schleuniger's ToolingShuttle System (TSS), so users can keep change-over times to a minimum.
6 Stations for Maximum Flexibility
The large base plate of the new CrimpCenter 66 accommodates up to 6 processing stations, making it a perfect machine for complex applications or production environments where applications frequently change. From resistance welding to double crimp applications or twisting & tinning - the CrimpCenter 66 allows for an extremely wide range of configuration possibilities.
