Crimping Tool
The CT 12 precision hand tool is manufactured with quality and long-life in mind. The CT 12 uses an "in-line" crimp action, which optimizes the crimp quality and consistency. This crimping tool has a 17-point ratchet system giving them superior feel and control, allowing you to hold the terminal without deforming.
Interchangeable Dies
Schleuniger's unique dies are heat treated, nickel plated steel and are designed to be used with all products in this crimping system. As no adjustment is required when changing the dies, set up is quick. Schleuniger manufactures dies for the most common terminals. In addition, custom dies can be manufactured to meet your specific application requirements. We also offer blank dies for applications where the user prefers to machine the crimp nest(s).
Terminal Locator Device
The terminal locator device is comprised of a slide and locator that can be used on all Schleuniger crimping products except the CT 10 hand tool. It is specifically designed to position the terminal correctly every time. This guarantees a consistent quality crimp, time after time. Different locators are available to hold the specific terminal to be crimped. The locator is fastened to the slide device facilitating the exact positioning of the terminal. |
