The Schleuniger Team has leadership and organization
We place particular emphasis on goal-oriented, unbureaucratic and easy-to-follow leadership, and we are aware that trust in the leadership first of all depends on whether the team leaders set a good example or not.
To us leadership means taking the employee seriously and encouraging him/her to take more responsibility. In other words, delegating responsibility and competence.
Our corporate structure is clearly organized, with a minimum number of management levels. We view hierarchy as a means to an end rather than as a basis for personal titles, status symbols or otherwise.
Our organization has to be both customer-oriented and profitable. We keep communications and decision-making simple and short. As the company grows, we actively fight against an overflow of paper and bureaucracy and communicate directly "face-to-face" as much as possible. |
