Programmable Stripping Machine
Schleuniger's most versatile stripper, the UniStrip 2600 can process many unique applications and wire & cable types, including discrete wire from 6 - 32 AWG (0.03 mm² to 16 mm²), power cords (even multiple conductors with different lengths, all in one cycle), multi-conductor cables, flat cables and others. The UniStrip 2600 is fully electric and features strong, quiet drives and fast cycle times.
The UniStrip 2600 accepts universal V-blades, radius blades, die blades and custom blades that guarantee high quality results for a nearly unlimited range of applications.
Easy Programming and Operation
Programming the UniStrip 2600 is simple with its cable library (programmable in AWG and mm²), proven menu guided software and a graphical display that allows the user to view a schematic diagram of the cable end, complete with programmed dimensions.
Smart Strip™ is one of the options available for the UniStrip 2600. This new technology allows operators to strip wire and cable from 22 - 8 AWG (0.3 to 8 mm²) without having to make any blade depth adjustments to the machine. No programming or adjusting needed!
High Performance & User-Friendliness
Short cycle times and wire list processing ensure high performance and will yield you a quick return on investment. To guarantee short operator training times, the UniStrip 2600 can be programmed intuitively with a Graphical User Interface (GUI).
This "what-you-see-is-what-you-get"-philosophy makes it easy to verify that the machine has been programmed correctly and therefore reduces setup times and scrap production. In order to make handling of different wire lists even easier, the Iguana PC software is included in the scope of delivery. Using Iguana, all data can be backed up conveniently on a regular PC.
