Programmable Micro Coaxial Cable Stripping Machine
The CoaxStrip 5300 MX allows you to quickly and accurately strip wires and cables that would be virtually impossible to strip by hand, with inner conductors ranging from 0.003'' / 0.07 mm (42 AWG) up to 0.080'' / 2 mm maximum cable outer diameter (O.D.) at a maximum stripping length of 1.14" / 29 mm.
Micro coaxial cables are increasingly used in a variety of applications and require outmost precision processing in order to meet stripping quality requirements.

A Worthy Successor to the MC 252
The CoaxStrip 5300 MX is the all renewed and improved successor of the legendary MC 252 micro coaxial cable stripper.
MC 252 - now replaced by the CoaxStrip 5300 MX - has set new standards in stripping very thin wires
Unmatched Precision
The unique stripping head design combines universal stripping blades with a universal centering system. This allows the CoaxStrip 5300 MX to process even the smallest wires and cables within with no blade change whatsoever.
The machine can use a 2 or 4 blade system (depending on your application) and features Schleuniger's innovative wayback, virtually eliminating scraping thus maximizing stripping quality and performance. The patented stripping head is precision-built to guarantee unparalleled stripping quality and repeatable results.
High Performance & User-Friendliness
Short cycle times and wire list processing ensure high performance and will yield you a quick return on investment. To guarantee short operator training times, the CoaxStrip 5300 MX can be programmed intuitively with a Graphical User Interface (GUI). Its high-resolution monochrome display allows the user to view a schematic diagram of the cable end, complete with programmed dimensions.

In order to make handling of different wire lists even easier, the Iguana PC software is included in the scope of delivery. Using Iguana all data can be backed up conveniently on a regular PC.
