The patented indexing cutter head allows a wide variety of processing possibilities without physically having to change the blades on the cutter head, which is what must be done on machines from other manufacturers.
The Indexing Cutter Head: Multiple Blades on One Axis
This innovative achievement allows the implementation of up to 3 blades on the same axis at a time in order to fully process a cable according to complex specs (e.g. cutting to length by means of V-blades for best cut results), stripping the insulation by means of Radius or Die blades (recommended for thin, delicate insulations) and then slitting by means of customized slitting blades. The blade type is used at each step within the process is freely programmable by the operator.

Various optional devices can be fitted to the cutter head and used accordingly (universal slitting unit, combing device, etc.). These devices are in-line with the cutting axis instead of in an offset position giving unprecedented accuracy in terms of the positioning on the wire / cable.
