Programmable Stripping Machine for Semi-Rigid Coaxial Cables
The SemiRigid 1000 is specifically designed to strip semi-rigid coaxial cable up to 0.177" (4.5 mm) outer diameter (O.D.) at a maximum stripping length of 1.37'' (35 mm). It combines all necessary stripping and pointing functions in one programmable unit.
The machine uses one set of cutting blades to strip and remove the outer conductor and dielectric, leaving the center conductor exposed at the programmed length and diameter setting. If a two-step strip is needed, a second set of blades incises the outer jacket at the required length and the jacket can be removed with a special stripping tool. If pointing is desired, a third set of blades points the center conductor at the desired angle to the programmed pointing diameter.
