High-Precision Positioning and Crimping

The three Schleuniger models UniCrimp LPC A, UniCrimp LPC B and StripCrimp LPC are designed for processing turned loose piece terminals with highest precision and repeatable quality according to MIL standard.

Key component of all models is a highly flexible feeding module that first sorts and separates terminals with an integrated drum / track system and subsequently brings them into the correct crimping position.

	UniCrimp LPC B Benchtop crimping machine for a cross section range up to 12 AWG (4 mm²).
	UniCrimp LPC A Automatic crimping station for use in fully automatic crimping machines. Processes a cross section range of 26 – 14 AWG (0.14 – 2.5 mm²) with a cycle time of < 1.5 s (for terminal positioning, crimping).
	StripCrimp LPC Semi-automatic stripper-crimper for a cross section range of 26 – 14 AWG (0.14 – 2.5 mm²) and short break-out lengts down to 0.98" (25 mm). With zero cut, strip and/or crimp function. Programmable sequences.

Although the three models are tailored to different production requirements, they all incorporate identical key technology for sorting, separating, positioning and crimping. Integrated process monitoring during feeding is also standard.

To minimize non-productive times for change-overs to other terminals, all models feature modular kits that can be exchanged quickly. The kits are 100% compatible, so that they can be flexibly installed wherever needed. The same applies to the crimp applicators.
