TransferModule 6000 - Automated Machine Platform
The TransferModule 6000 represents a machine platform for automation of complex multi-stage wire and cable processing operations. With the TransferModule 6000, Schleuniger complements its broad product line and meets the customer's request for increased automation. This new product allows Schleuniger to take another important step as a supplier of complete solutions in the field of cable processing. The current product offering is being continuously upgraded with new options and accessories.
The Structure of a TransferModule 6000
The TransferModule Platform consists of its base module and, if required, additional extension modules. The final module configuration is based on customer requirements. For many processing steps a Schleuniger benchtop machine and / or an application specific custom built product can be used.
Extension modules are required in case the length of the base module does not provide enough space to accept the required number of processing stations. Depending on the number and complexity of the individual process station, it is possible to choose between a half or a full extension module.
